Technical innovation and stable supply meet various needs

The process design which matches product life and use of the shaft makes us build the production line; from the line for one product to the line for mass production. We will meet the customers’ request for the cost, the delivery date, and the quality. We have material manufacturing and sales department, and our large stock of material will satisfy you. We make good use of general metal (mainly stainless) processing technique such as major diameter submicron polishing, processing of difficult cutting material, and heat treatment, and we take the order for the outside without tool mark and submicron, using the original machine which forms the material mainly with grind stone. In addition, we have a factory which can mass-produce the products of same quality in Dongguan District in China, and we will solve the problems of production capacity and costs.

製品寸度および形状

ご要望に応じた寸度および形状を製作いたしますが、標準範囲は外径φ0.6～φ6.0、全長は150㎜くらいまで、それ以上の長さのものは応相談。切削加工であれば～φ20までの社内対応が可能。形状については端面形状、特殊形状は下表に示すものが標準となっております。

Size and form of the products You may make a request to us for the size and form of the products. The standard size is φ0.6～φ6.0mm for outside diameter, and a maximum of 150mm for full length. The standard for end face form and special form are as follows.
